Supportive Gentle Hatha Yoga combined with Life Force Yoga practices and relaxation all done in a chair. Breath practice centers the experience while complete warm-ups ready the body for stretching in modified Sun Salutation and other yoga postures.
No prior experience required; adapted for all persons, especially if you have fatigue,
stiffness, pain, or feel that you can’t do yoga. Relaxation at the end of the class integrates energy in body and mind.

Sandra Fox

Sandi is a longtime medical professional working with many patient populations in the hospital setting. Sandi has been practicing yoga since she was a teenager and teaching Hatha Yoga since 1997, recently completing her Life Force Yoga practitioner coursework. She is an RN with over forty years experience and she is also a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. Sandi works in a holistic manner nurturing mind, body, and spirit with compassion and empathy.
