We offer the following post-mastectomy products at no charge:

“TLC” ^™ (Tender Loving Care^® Catalog of Mastectomy Products)
Knitted Knockers^© (a cool, lightweight alternative to traditional breast prosthetics)
Bamboo Zipper Pocket Sports Bras

PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS & GUIDELINES:

Must be in active treatment and/or under the care of an oncologist
Post-surgical 6 months or less
Replacement bras and/or prosthesis are not provided
Must be a resident of Arizona

Fill out the patient application form and someone will reach out to you within 72 hours to set up an appointment for a fitting.
