Exercise & Nutrition

Cancer and the treatment it requires can have an impact on your physical norms, including weight loss, weight gain, muscle loss, and appetite. It is important to address these issues as they arise so your body is healthy enough to deal with the fallout of the cancer treatments. Arizona Foundation for Cancer  provides nutrition programs and courses to help teach you how to have a balanced diet before, during, and after treatment, as well as providing classes to stimulate movement and help prevent muscle loss.
